There Is A National Road In Satu Which Is Ambles, Police Standby 24 Hours Full

JAKARTA - The Tanah Bumbu Police, South Kalimantan, has deployed personnel to secure the national road in West Satu Village which has subsided so that vehicles cannot cross it.

"I have ordered members to stand guard 1 x 24 hours to secure the location so that no residents pass because it is very dangerous," said Tanah Bumbu Police Chief AKBP Tri Hambodo, Wednesday, September 28.

The subsidence of the road at the KM 171 Simpangan Jombang point, West Satui Village occurred on Wednesday at around 00.30 WITA.

There were no fatalities in the incident. However, the disconnection of part of the road resulted in the main access to crossing inter-district vehicles in South Kalimantan to be disrupted.

The police chief who received a report from the Satui Police Chief, Iptu Hardaya, immediately ordered his staff to be on standby at the location.

In addition to securing the location from two directions, finding an alternative road is the main focus of the police so that the traffic flow remains smooth.

It was also stated that motorists, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled, were diverted to the Munawar area, both from the direction of Batulicin to the city of Banjarmasin and vice versa.

"We urge the public to obey the directions of officers in the field and hope to run slowly when crossing alternative routes," he said.
