Jalan Amblas Di Ciledug Raya Frequently Reported, Lurah Calls The Responsibility Of The Natural Resources Sub-Department

JAKARTA - The water channel excavation project that causes roads on Jalan Ciledug Raya, precisely in front of the BSI Campus, Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta subsides. Ululjami village head, Yudha Irawan said it was not his responsibility.

Yudha said that the responsibility was handed over to the South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept.

Previously, a motorcycle rider with the initials A had a traffic accident. The motorcyclist fell into a collapsed pothole in the excavation project.

"The work is under the Regional Apparatus Unit (UPD) of SDA. Even then, when there is an incident, we have informed the provider and the UPD and the person in charge, in this case the Natural Resources Sub-Department," Yudha said when confirmed, Wednesday, September 28.

Yudha said that he did not have the authority to dig the waterways. Because since June 2022, the project has been submitted to the South Jakarta SDA Sub-dept.

"We are also as much from the kelurahan as possible, at least we will give a sign that the road has collapsed and regulates traffic," he said.

"It's not my right, because all kinds of contracts in SDA, urban villages only help with socialization," he added.

Regarding the public complaints to him regarding the excavation of the water channel, he confirmed this. However, Yudha admitted that he was unable to do much about the residents' reports.

"Because people are a little bit asking for it to the village head to the sub-district head. We help facilitate it to be submitted to natural resources or providers," he concluded.

Based on the notification board installed at the project site, the construction of the water channel excavation takes 7 months. The project began work on June 3, 2022 and is targeted for completion on December 15, 2022.

Meanwhile, the contractors for the water channel excavation project are PT Pubagot Jaya Abadi and PT Jagad Alam Semesta as supervisory consultants.

Previously, it was reported that a motorcyclist with the initials A (28) fell into a excavation project hole on Jalan Ciledug Raya, Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, Tuesday, September 27, at 03.10 WIB.

When interviewed, the victim explained that at that time he was returning to his house in Tangerang City. When passing at the scene, suddenly the road collapsed. A and his motorbike went into the excavation project hole.

"Suddenly when I passed by, the hole had widened past the zinc barrier, whether it was the collapsed road, so the road finally widened," said A when confirmed, Tuesday, September 27.

"Information from local residents, maybe there is a big vehicle, so put the concrete into the water channel, so it will eventually become wider and the road will collapse," he continued.

As a result, A suffered a number of injuries on his body. Not only that, the motorbike he was driving was also damaged.

"My physical condition was injured on the legs, a bit bruised and a bit thin. The damage to the wheels leaked from the left front and back, either a shock breaker or something else was damaged too," he concluded.
