"Selesaikan penetapan tapal batas kabupaten Biak-Supi sejak 2003 belum ada kesepakatan sehingga pemerintah pusat melalui Kemendagri mengeluarkan keputusan batas wilayah Biak-Supiori," tutur Semuel.
