Donald Trump And 3 Of His Children Face Serious Problems, Being Sued By The Attorney General On Fraud

JAKARTA - Donald Trump and his three children may not be able to sleep well. A lawsuit went up to Trump and came from an Attorney General.

New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a massive lawsuit against former US President Donald Trump, his three adult sons, and Trump Organization. The allegations are not kidding, they are suspected of being involved in a massive scam to enrich themselves.

In a lawsuit of more than 200 pages, Attorney General Letitia James accused the scam of touching all aspects of Trump's business, including his property and golf course. According to the lawsuit, the Trump Organization deceived lenders, insurance companies, and tax authorities by inflating its property value using misleading judgment.

"This fraudulent and misrepresenting action is similar in nature, carried out by top-level management at the Trump Organization as part of a joint effort to any annual statement, and approved at the highest level of the Trump Organization -- including by Mr. Trump himself," the lawsuit said as quoted by CNN.

Trump and his children, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka Trump, were named defendants in the lawsuit. Allen Weisselberg, former CFO for Trump Organization, and Jeff McConney, executive for another old company, was also mentioned.

James is seeking $250 million in the form of allegedly invalid funds and is permanently banning Trump and the children mentioned in the lawsuit to serve as New York state-listed business directors.

He is also seeking to cancel the company's Trump Organization certificate, which, if granted by the judge, could effectively force the company to halt its operations in the state of New York.

In response to the lawsuit, Trump's lawyer Alina Habba said, "Today's filing does not focus on facts or the law - but focuses solely on advancing the Attorney General's political agenda. It is very clear that the Attorney General's Office has exceeded its legal authority by seeking transactions where nothing went wrong at all."

Previously, the United States National Archives found more than 700 pages of classified documents at Donald Trump's home in Florida, in addition to material confiscated by FBI agents.

A large number of classified materials in 15 boxes discovered in January by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), some were characterized as "very secret", providing more insight into what led to the FBI's August 8 search which was passed by a court at Trump's residence in Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
