47,576 Families In Boyolali Have Received BBM BLT, Now Entering The Second Stage

Central Java - The Boyolali Regency Government has entered the second stage of distributing direct cash assistance (BLT) for the transfer of fuel subsidies (BBM)

"The realization of KPM (beneficiary families) who have received BLT fuel in Boyolali, as of Wednesday (September 24) night, reached 47,576 KPM or around 75.25 percent of the 63,225 KPM," said Head of the Boyolali Regency Social Service Budi Prasetyaningsih in Boyolali, quoted from Antara, Thursday, September 15.

The distribution of the first phase of BLT BBM which was given to 37,131 KPM has been completed and is now entering the second stage as many as 26,094 KPM distributed at each village and sub-district hall offices, bringing the total recipients to 63,225 KPM.

"The distribution of BLT for the second phase of fuel subsidy transfer is still ongoing and the remaining around 15,649 KPM will be completed in the next week," he said.

The distribution of BLT in Boyolali, each KPM received Rp500 thousand. This amount consists of Rp300 thousand for BLT BBM and Rp200 thousand for basic needs assistance.

The KPM requirement to obtain a BBM BLT is enough to bring an invitation card from the village government by bringing an identity card (KTP), it can disburse fuel subsidy transfer funds. "The process is quite fast, so KPM does not need to queue up to a long time," he said.

He admitted that the distribution of BBM BLT from the Central Government was enthusiastically welcomed by the recipient's family. They said they were happy to receive assistance from the government because they could be used as additional capital for trading and other household needs.

He hopes that the BBM BLT can provide benefits and reduce the burden for underprivileged residents regarding the increase in subsidized fuel some time ago.
