Jessica Iskandar Reports An Investigator Confiscating Her Car And Then Use It, This Is What Bali Police Said

DENPASAR - Jessica Iskandar and her lawyers reported that the Bali Police Ditreskrimum investigator with the initials FAA who was suspected of being unprofessional in handling cases. Jessica Iskandar said her car was confiscated and then used by the investigator.

"Jessica Iskandar reported it to the Propam Division of the National Police Headquarters. Regarding this, we'll just have to wait here, waiting for the submissions from there on what was reported about it," said Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Grand Commissioner Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto, Tuesday, September 13.

According to Bayu, the Bali Police have yet to examine the investigators reported by Jessica Iskandar. The Bali Police are waiting for a follow-up from the Propam Police Headquarters.

"The investigation has not yet been carried out, and usually there will be orders or information from the National Police Headquarters related to that being reported, to Bali. It's still being reported in Jakarta. Later when it has been submitted to us, it will be followed up," he said.

"So the Bali Police are waiting for instructions from Propam Headquarters whether to go down directly or hand over to the Bali Police Propam," continued Grand Commissioner Bayu.

Jessica Iskandar previously reported the Bali Police investigator with the initials FAA to the Propam Division of the National Police Headquarters.

"We filed a complaint at the Divpropam Police Headquarters regarding the alleged unprofessionalism and alleged arrogance of the Bali Police Ditreskrimum investigator with the initials FAA as TS Kanit at the Bali Police Direskrimum," said Jessica Iskandar's lawyer, Roland E Potu at the National Police Headquarters, Monday, September 12.

Attorney Jessica Iskandar said the police confiscated her car but not according to procedure.

"Why are we complaining, because on June 7, Ditreskrimum investigators visited our client's house, Vila Jedar in Denpasar, Bali, asking for a Toyota Alphard belonging to our client. The term is to be secured. But there we only received a receipt. Where in the receipt there is no printed (order) confiscation," explained Roland.

"The confiscation of the evidence should have been preceded by a print confiscation and a series of investigations were carried out not an investigation, but here only based on an investigation warrant. We only ask for law enforcement to be fair and impartial. Therefore, we wrote to the Bali Police," said Roland.
