Lawyers Says Bripka RR Has Account Contains Hundreds Of Million But Under Women's Power Chandrawathi

JAKARTA - Bripka's lawyer Ricky Rizal alias RR, Erman Umar admitted that his client had an account containing hundreds of millions. However, the account was occupied by Putri Chandrawathi or the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

"The PC was asked to open an account, so it was handed over to all PCs on behalf of Ricky," Erman told reporters, Tuesday, September 13.

Based on his client's confession, the account was made by Bripka RR around 2021.

So far, it is not known for certain about the reasons behind Putri Chandrawathi asking Bripka RR to create a new account.

Because, when Putri sent money to Bripka RR for housing purposes in Magelang, using or through other accounts.

"Those who use PC mothers, not RR. They will receive them, later there will be other accounts sent to Mrs. PC," he said.

Umar gave a similar reason regarding the amount of money in his client's account. He said he did not know for sure.

However, based on the information that was obtained, the nominal reached hundreds of millions of rupiah.

"I've heard hundreds of millions too," said Umar.

Bripka Ricky Rizal is one of five suspects in the premeditated murder case against Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Meanwhile, the other suspects include Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richard target, Strong Maruf, and Putri Chandrawathi.

In this case, they are suspected of under Article 338 subsidiary Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
