JAKARTA - The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) has spoken about the parole of dozens of convicts in corruption cases. This step is considered to prioritize human rights. The provision of conditional rights is based on Article 10 of the Correctional Law Number 22 of 2022.
