Victims Of Persecution In Serang City Died In Hospitals With Heavy Head Injuries

SERANG Serang City Police investigated the case of abuse that led to the death that occurred on the South Ring Road (JLS) Harjatani Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, on Sunday, September 4, at around 04.30 WIB.

Head of Public Relations of Serang City Police AKP Iwan Sumantri said the victim with the initials AS (20) was a resident of Lelea District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. AS, continued Iwan, died after undergoing medical treatment at the hospital.

Iwan explained that the incident was discovered after one of the witnesses, the initials PA (33), a resident of Cilegon City, received a call from a friend with the initials U alias W. PA, when it was reported that his colleague had been abused.

After receiving the news, PA came to the crime scene (TKP) with SN, KK and CK. At that time the victim was found covered in blood but still conscious.

"When he saw that the victim was bleeding in a number of his bodies and was still conscious," said Iwan via text message, Wednesday, September 7.

Then, continued Iwan, the victim was rushed to Kurnia Hospital, Cilegon City, which is quite close.

"After the incident, the victim was taken to Kurnia Hospital for treatment as soon as possible," said Iwan.

While the victim is under medical treatment, PA and his colleagues reported the incident to the Kramatwatu Police.

"The complainant reported the incident to the Kramatwatu Police on Sunday (4 September) at around 10.00 WIB for further processing," explained Iwan.

Kramatwatu Police personnel who received the report immediately went to the scene and asked for information from a number of witnesses.

"After receiving the report, the police immediately signed the scene and asked for witness statements," explained Iwan.

Iwan also said that at the scene of the incident the officers received a number of pieces of evidence.

"At the location of the incident, the police found bloodstains and a pair of flip-flops whose owner was not yet known," he added.

Nahas, in the midst of medical treatment, the victim's life could not be saved. The victim died with a deep wound to the head. Allegedly due to a hard object collision.

"When receiving medical treatment at Dr. Dr. Dr. Ridjat Prawiranegara Serang Hospital, the victim breathed his cellphone on Tuesday (September 6), at around 12.00 WIB. According to a forensic doctor at Serang Hospital, it is suspected that the victim died from bleeding in the head," said Iwan.

The family who received the news asked the police to take the victim's body home for burial immediately.

"According to the request of the victim's family, they were finally taken home, and buried in Indramayu", concluded Iwan.
