"After receiving the report, the police immediately signed the scene and asked for witness statements," explained Iwan.

Iwan also said that at the scene of the incident the officers received a number of pieces of evidence.

"At the location of the incident, the police found bloodstains and a pair of flip-flops whose owner was not yet known," he added.
