PAN Hopes For Internal Gejolak PPP After Suharso Disopot Tak Ganggu Solidity KIB

JAKARTA - The United Development Party (PPP) has again been volatile after Suharso Monoarfa was removed from his throne as the General Chair (Ketum) of PPP. Muhammad Mardiono was finally appointed to replace as Acting Chairman of PPP. PAN Deputy Chairperson Viva Yoga Mauladi hopes that what PPP is facing will not affect the cohesiveness of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) built by Suharso with PAN and Golkar.

"PAN hopes that the internal dynamics of PPP will be completed soon, and that this condition will not have a significant effect on the existence and cohesiveness of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB)," said Viva, Tuesday, September 6.

He also prayed that the internal PPP problems would be resolved soon so that they could focus on the 2024 General Election. "KIB will continue to consolidate in welcoming the preparations for the 2024 presidential election," he said.

Viva ensured that PAN would not interfere in the internal dynamics of PPP. According to him, this problem is a personal matter for the party's household bearing the symbol of the Kaaba. "PAN will not interfere in the dynamics and household problems at PPP, including in other political parties (political parties) to maintain political fats," he said.

Meanwhile, Acting Chairperson of PPP Muhammad Mardiono emphasized that under his leadership PPP would not leave KIB.

He stressed that PPP will continue to carry out vision and mission and KIB programs with PAN and Golkar.

"Nothing, nothing (revocation from KIB). All the work programs that we have carried out before, we will further improve it as the clock needles turn forward. The clock needle never rotates backwards," said Mardiono when contacted, Monday, September 5.
