Considered The Hoax Distribution About Sambo Cases, Kamaruddin And Deolipa Reported To The Criminal Investigation Department

JAKARTA - The family lawyer Brigadier J, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, and former advocate Bharada E, Deolipa Yumara, were reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. Both were policed on suspicion of spreading hoaxes or false information.

"It is true that I reported on behalf of the Anti-Hoax Advocate Alliance," said Chairman of the Anti-Hoax Advocate Alliance, Zakirudin, when confirmed, Friday, September 2.

The context of the alleged spread of false information reported against Kamaruddin was because he had conveyed that there was an incision wound on Brigadier J's body.

In fact, from the results of the autopsy and the examination of the network, only five gunshot wounds were found on Brigadier J's body.

"The hoax is about opinion-related opinion in the online media regarding the incision wound on Brigadier J's body, saying it was his hands, his fingers were shattered, it was after being shot or before being shot," said Zakirudin.

As for Deolipa, it was policed for stating that Putri Candrawati was caught by Brigadier J having sex with the family driver, Strong Ma'ruf.

In addition, Deolipa was also reported for his statement that Ferdy Sambo was a psychopath and LGBT.

"All of these statements are hoaxes because they are not accompanied by valid evidence and facts on the statements made by Deolipa, causing a commotion, trouble and slander among the Indonesian people," said Zakirudin.
