BANYUMAS YAT (54) a male resident of Wangon Subdistrict was arrested by officers from the PPA Unit of the Banyumas Police Criminal Investigation Unit for allegedly committing sexual abuse to a underage girl, HKP (8).

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banyumas Police, Kompol Agus Supriadi Siswanto, said the obscenity incident occurred in mid-August 2022 at the house of the perpetrator YAT. Agus explained that the perpetrator carried the victim while playing hide and seek in front of the perpetrator's house.

"Here, look for the door bae." When the perpetrator carried the victim, the victim rebelled but the perpetrator continued to carry her and hold the victim tightly." Agus explained in a written statement, Thursday, September 1.

The victim, Agus continued, had rebelled but the perpetrators still held him fast so the victim could not fight back.

Then, Agus explained, at that time the perpetrator began to touch the sensitive part of the victim.

"While behind the door, the perpetrator again hugged the victim from behind and at that time the victim had rebelled but the suspect hugged him tightly. Moments later, the perpetrator released a hug and said "Aja spoke to Mama" (don't talk to Mama, yes). However, the victim was silent and then ran out of the perpetrator's house," he added.

Currently, the perpetrator is detained at the Banyumas Police Headquarters along with evidence of 1 (one) cutting a short t-shirt with a combination of white and red lines, 1 (one) cutting red long training pants, 1 (one) cutting orange color tangtop and 1 (one) cutting pink floral underwear for further legal proceedings.
