It's Almost Two Months Back From The KPK, In Lieu Of Lili Pintauli Has Not Been Received Yet

JAKARTA - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, admitted that he had not received a Presidential Letter (Surpres) regarding the name of the replacement for the KPK Commissioner who resigned, Lili Pintauli Siregar. In fact, Lili's resignation letter which was sent to President Joko Widodo has been almost two months.

"Until today we have not received it. Maybe this week we will update it to our media friends when we arrive at the DPR," said Dasco at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Monday, August 29.

According to the leadership of the DPR, the recess period for DPR members may be the reason the government has not sent a replacement for Lili. He also asked the public to be patient in waiting regarding the name of the replacement for Lili Pintauli.

"I think the government may be waiting for us to enter the recess and we have started the activity since August 16 and the delivery administration process is ongoing," he said. It is known that the resignation letter for Lili Pintauli Siregar as deputy chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has been received by President Jokowi.

"The letter of resignation of Lili Pintauli Siregar has been received by President Jokowi. President Jokowi has signed the Presidential Decree on the Dismissal of LPS (Lili Pintauli Siregar)," said the Special Staff of the Minister of State Secretary Faldo Maldini Monday, July 11.

"The issuance of the Presidential Decree is an administrative procedure required in the KPK Law," he continued.

Lili Pintauli herself is suspected of receiving facilities and accommodation to watch the Mandalika MotoGP event in March 2022. She is suspected of receiving a ticket to the Mandalika MotoGP.
