JAKARTA - Domestic travelers (PPDN) who have undergone booster doses of vaccination are no longer required to show negative RT-PCR and antigen test results. The regulation takes effect from today, Monday, August 29.
This provision is contained in Circular (SE) Number 82 of 2022 issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the Ministry of Transportation concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Domestic Travel by Air Transportation during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The SE was issued to make it easier for PPDN to use aircraft.
"PPDN is not required to show a negative result of the RT-PCR or antigen test and can travel domestically with strict health protocols," said Acting Director General of Civil Aviation Nur Isnin Isstiartono in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday, August 28.
