Aceh Besar Police Chief AKBP Carlie Saputra Bustamam said the incident took place on Thursday, August 25 at around 15.30 WIB.

"The victims of the students are on a trip. They are bathing in the river in the Brayeuen area, Leupung District, Aceh Besar Regency. The four victims are still being searched," said AKBP Carlie Saputra when contacted in Banda Aceh, Antara, Thursday, August 25.

"The victim disappeared after being dragged by a heavy river current due to heavy rain. Meanwhile, the identity of the victim is still being collected," said Ibnu Harris Al Hussain.
