This Politician Throws Hot Balls, Says Someone Wants To Thwart Gerindra And PKB Coalition

JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Awakening Party (PKB) DPP Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal indicated that there were parties trying to thwart the coalition between PKB and Gerindra.

"This can be from political parties and outside political parties. We are not accusing anyone," said Cucun at the MPR/DPR/DPD RI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, August 16, quoted from Antara.

But for him, it is normal in the dynamics of politics.

"Yes, in politics it's normal, yes, there are people who like or dislike that," he said.

Cucun also considers it natural if there are parties who like or dislike PKB's political decisions in a coalition with Gerindra.

"This dynamic is natural. If, for example, we had already formed a coalition with Gerindra and Pak Prabowo and Pak Muhaimin would unite, surely there would be parties who would not want this to happen," he said.

Cucun suspects that the party is trying to maneuver in various ways so that the PKB and Gerindra coalition does not run smoothly. However, PKB and Gerindra are committed to building a coalition.

"The PKB and Gerindra Coalition really have the basis of the same attitude, how to make continuity from this government so that what has been done, Pak Jokowi's achievements can be sustainable," he said.

On that occasion, Cucun said that his party would also explore with other parties in building a coalition.

"Yes, we will explore it, yes. What has not yet been seen is a declaration of NasDem, PKS, and Democrats," said the member of Commission III of the DPR RI.

Communication with political figures, he said, will also continue so that the coalition built by PKB and Gerindra is getting stronger so that it defeats coalitions of other political parties.
