Lawyer Brigadier J Ultimatum Ferdy Sambo's Wife Apologizes Until Tonight, If No Legal Process Will Be Taken

JAKARTA - The family's legal team, Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, will report the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, on suspicion of false reports and spreading false information about acts of harassment.

This reporting plan is the aftermath of the Bareskrim's decision to stop the investigation of the alleged harassment case with Brigadier J as reported because no crime was found.

"I am currently compiling my power of attorney to take me to Jambi asking for a signature by my client (Brigadier J's family, ed)," said Brigadier J's family lawyer, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak when contacted, Monday, August 15.

In reporting later, Kamaruddin will use Articles 317 and 318 of the Criminal Code regarding false complaints or reports. Then, Articles 27 and 28 in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law.

The use of this article was because Putri had spread false news or hoaxes about the existence of sexual harassment by Brigadier J.

Then the lawyer Brigadier J will also report to Putri Candrawathi with Articles 221 to 223 of the Criminal Code regarding obstruction of justice in conjunction with Article 556 of the Criminal Code as well as malicious conspiracy and Article 88 of the Criminal Code.

"Many articles that are violated can not get out of prison later," he said.

However, behind the plan to report Putri Candrawathi, Kamaruddin is still waiting for Putri's goodwill to apologize. They gave a deadline until tonight.

"That's why I gave Putri a time limit until midnight tonight, she must apologize," said Kamaruddin.

Previously, the Bareskrim Polri stopped the police report (LP) on the alleged sexual harassment case reported by Putri Candrawati. Including LP alleged threats accompanied by violence. Two prisons were closed because the case of Brigadier J's death due to premeditated murder was considered a criminal matter.

"We consider the two LPs to be part of the obstruction of justice," said the Director of General Crimes at the Criminal Investigation Department, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi.

The two prison prisons reported by the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo were also considered 'obfuscation' of the alleged premeditated murder of Brigadier J. The two prisons were referred to as alibis to cover up Brigadier J's death because he was murdered.
