JAKARTA - The former Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, made a scenario for the assassination of Brigadier J as if it was the result of a shootout. Although it sounds strange, the scenario was believed by several parties.

In the storyline created by Sambo, Brigadier J is said to have tried to harass his wife, Putri Chandrawathi. In fact, threatened by pointing a gun.

Later, Brigadier J's actions were discovered by Bharada E because he heard his wife's screams. Until finally, there was a shootout and killed Brigadier J.

There is also an alibi from the two-star general who said he was not at home when the shootout occurred.

The storyline was not conveyed directly by Sambo. However, through the former Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto and the Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan.

However, the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, who formed a Special Team (Timsus) to investigate the truth of the chronology of the death of Brigadier J, actually found another fact.

For days investigating and investigating the case, the real incident was that Brigadier J died not because of a shootout. Instead, he was killed by shooting.

"That there were no facts about shooting events as reported, I repeat, there were no facts about shooting incidents as reported earlier," said the National Police Chief, Tuesday, August 9.

Sambo is suspected of fabricating the shooting case of Brigadier J. He deliberately used Brigadier J's firearm to shoot at the wall multiple times.

So, it seems as if there was a shootout, aka a shootout, as was the initial report at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

Then, Sigit also said that the suspect Bharada E shot Brigadier J not because of his will. From the preliminary examination, the suspect's actions were ordered by the two-star general.

After being named a suspect, Sambo was immediately detained at the Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters, Kelapa Dua, Depok.

An investigation was also carried out as a suspect by the Timsus on Thursday, August 11. During the seven hours of the inquiry process, Sambo finally made a confession.

Director of General Crimes at the National Police Bareskrim Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi said that Sambo stated that the trigger for planning the murder was because of the emotion of the action that hurt the dignity of his family.

"That in his statement, suspect FS said that he became angry and emotional after receiving a report from his wife PC (Princess Chandrawathi) who had experienced actions that hurt the dignity of the family," said Andi.

To the Timsus, Inspector General Sambo said that actions that were considered to injure the dignity of the people took place in Magelang. However, the form of action of Brigadier J.

"What happened in Magelang was done by the late Joshua," he said.

For that reason, the two-star general planned the assassination of Brigadier J. Inspector General Ferdy Sambo summoned Bharada RE and Bripka RR to execute Brigadier J.

"Therefore, suspect FS summoned suspect RR and suspect RE to carry out the murder to plan the murder of the late Joshua," said Andi.

Shortly after the Timsus presented the confession, Sambo through his attorney, Arman Hanis, delivered an open letter. It contained an apology for conveying false information and dragging other members of the Police.

"Allow me as a human being who cannot escape my mistakes, sincerely apologize and apologize profusely, especially to my colleagues from the National Police and their families and the wider community who were affected by my actions that provided incorrect information, and sparked a polemic in the Duren Tiga case. that happened to me and my family," said Arman reading Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's message

In addition, the two-star general stated that he would comply and that the legal process was already underway.

Inspector General Ferdy Sambo will be held accountable for all his actions in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia.

"I will comply with every legal process that is currently underway and later in court I will be held accountable," he added.

In this case, apart from Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, there are three people who are also suspects. They are Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

In this case, the suspects are suspected of Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder, subsidiary to Article 338 in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.
