JAKARTA - The DKI Provincial Government has increased the scope of digital digitization payment services through the JakOne Mobile application at regional public hospitals (RSUD). Now Pasar Minggu Hospital has been serving hospital bill payments through the application developed by the DKI Bank BUMD.
"The implementation of the digital payment system in hospitals, especially in Pasar Minggu Hospital, is indeed our concern in facilitating patients in making transactions," said Director of Technology and Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono in his statement, Thursday, August 11.
Prior to Pasar Minggu Hospital, Bank DKI had also digitized hospital bill payments at Koja Hospital, Cengkareng Hospital, and Adhyaksa General Hospital.
Amirul revealed, the JakOne Mobile application provides digital banking solutions for its customers to create a more personal transaction experience.
This application provides payment services for various bills to paying taxes and online shopping, Scan by QRIS transactions, top up electronic money, giving charity or donating to others, to securing emergency funds through opening deposits.
In addition to the JakOne Mobile payment facility, other DKI Jakarta Provincial Government hospital digitization efforts are providing EDC to the placement of ATM machines.
"In addition, Bank DKI is also implementing the digitalization of payment transactions with the Indonesian Standard Quick Response or QRIS," said Amirul.
Currently, the JakONe Mobile application has a more attractive and user-friendly UI/UX display in meeting customer expectations, especially the millennial generation.
"In addition, New JakOne Mobile can also be used by new customers to open a savings account online via their smartphone without having to go to a Bank DKI branch office," he added.
