Governor Of NTB Talks About DAK For SMA/SMK And SLB Rp153 Billion

MATARAM - The Governor of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Zulkieflimansyah spoke regarding the chaos of the 2022 Special Allocation Fund (DAK) worth Rp. 153 billion, which is intended for all SMA/SMK and SLB.

Zulkieflimansyah stated that he had summoned the Head of the NTB Education and Culture Office, Aidy Furqon and his staff to hear what was really going on in the field.

"I have called everyone, including the Head of the NTB Education and Culture Service, Aidy Furqon and asked to convey information as it is to the public," said Zulkieflimansyah in Mataram as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, August 11.

He understands if there are parties who are not satisfied and react to the problem. The Governor of NTB has asked the NTB Education and Culture Office to resolve it wisely. Because, he does not want it to continue to be noisy so as to harm the future of education in this province.

"If someone is dissatisfied and reacts naturally and we can't control it. That's why I told him to be careful not to have any more preferences, let alone receive money," he explained.

The governor stated that despite the turmoil, he hoped that the development project for SMA/SMK and SLB in NTB could run smoothly. Moreover, there is assistance from the NTB High Prosecutor's Office, so that all potentials that occur in the field can be minimized.

"I think there is assistance from our prosecutor's office, it's relatively calm," said Zulkieflimansyah

Therefore, he hopes that the chosen ones can work optimally so that the results are good. After all, someone has already paid a fee for the project.

"Hopefully those who are chosen to do work have really good results. Don't let them spend a lot of fees, even if the results of their work are bad," he said.

Meanwhile, the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of NTB, HL Gita Ariadi, will take legal steps if there are allegations of playing by certain elements in the 2022 DAK project worth Rp. 153 billion.

"There should be no collusive efforts. If there are indications of violating the rules, then the risk is the law and if there is and it is proven then he will bear it himself," he said.

In addition, Gita has also warned the Education and Culture of NTB not to play games in the program, which is funded by the central government.

"Essentially, if there is a provincial government ASN involved, in the DAK fee game, then we will track it. What is the fee for. So, all inputs are available. One of them is circulating evidence of transfer, we will investigate and control it better," he stressed. .

Miq Gita, as the NTB Secretary is familiarly called, said that his party would seriously oversee the DAK program. Therefore, he ensures that he will not tolerate any indication of maladministration practices in the DAK implementation project.

For that, he assigned NTB Education and Culture to work according to the rules and administratively orderly.

"Essentially, if there are indications of irregularities, action will be taken immediately. Here, we ask our NTB Dikbud friends to work in an orderly and according to the rules. Obey all the rules that have been set," he said.

Head of the Education and Culture Office, Aidy Furqan, said that the rise of issues related to DAK fees made him unable to sleep well. Because, if it is in accordance with Permendikbudristek Number 3 of 2022 concerning Technical Operational Guidelines for DAK, the physical work and procurement of it have not yet started.

"I can't sleep well. How can my friends (Dikbud) work optimally so that the funds don't return to the state treasury," he said.

Aidy Furqon said that the circulation of the DAK fee weighed on his mind. But he said it was a trigger to work straight.

"I received information about the transfer that made me a heart spot. With the information it actually became a trigger for us to be more direct so that we can evaluate," said Aidy Furqon.

He explained that the type 1 self-management of the DAK project has several stages starting from planning, preparation, implementation, supervision and handover.

At the supervision stage, law enforcement officers (APH) will be involved, as a form of professionalism and transparency in the management of the DAK.

"We see that there is indeed such a monitoring activity involving APH," he said.

Aidy admitted that he did not know anything about the DAK project fee. He admitted that he only found out from the news circulating.

"In fact, I know there is news of transfers from the media. No information about the work fees has been released, it's just the planning process. How can it be while the work has not been done. It could be, I send the children school fees and continue to write down the DAK fee," said Aidy Furqon.

However, he hopes that the DAK chaos will not drag on. Because if this continues to be noisy and noisy, it is feared that NTB will not receive the DAK. If that happens, then NTB will bear the consequences.
