The Body Of A Man Lying Full Of Wounds Lies On The Makassar Toll Road

MAKASSAR - A man covered in wounds lay on the Ir Sutami toll road, Tamalanrea, Makassar City. There is no identity card on this body suit.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tamalanrea Police, Iptu Muhalis, said the discovery of the body of this man full of wounds was reported by witnesses. This body was found in the middle of the road on Monday, November 16 evening.

"The witness was at the patrol post, he received information via the toll road information center that (there was a body) on the toll road," Muhalis said, Tuesday, November 17.

This man's corpse was wearing gray trousers and a T-shirt. There are wounds on the face and left side of the body.

"The witness quickly contacted the police to transport the body of the man to avoid traffic jams," said Muhalis.

The position of this corpse is at Km3 of the Sutami Toll towards Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, Makassar. This corpse was taken to Bhayangkara Hospital.

"The victim's sandals were found with traces of dry soil and grass clippings that are identical to the grass beside the toll road," continued Muhalis.

The police asked a number of witnesses for testimony and coordinated with the toll manager to obtain CCTV footage.

"There is a temporary suspicion of an accident and handled by the Makassar Police," he said.
