Case Of Selling Confiscated Goods Of Rp. 500 Million, Head Of The PP Subsidiary Head Of Eri Cahyadi Reported To The Prosecutor's Office

vSURABAYA - The case of selling items confiscated by the Surabaya Satpol PP worth Rp500 million is still ongoing. Recently, the subordinates of the Mayor of Surabaya, Eri Cahyadi, who served as the Head of the Surabaya Satpol PP, were reported to the Surabaya District Attorney (Kejari).

"In addition to the head of the Satpol PP, we also reported seven other people related to the case," said the attorney for a former Surabaya Satpol PP official with the initials FE, Abdurrahman Saleh, Wednesday, August 10.

Abdurrahman said the eight people who had just been reported were Kasatpol PP Surabaya, Sunadi, Suyatno, Yayak, Slamet, and Irvan. Then Abdul Muin, and Prasetyo, both of whom are Satpol PP Tanjungsari Surabaya officers.

However, Abdurrahman was reluctant to mention the name and initials of the Head of the PP Kasatpol in question. This case itself arose after the Head of the Satpol PP, who currently serves as Eddy Christijanto, reported that FE was suspected of selling confiscated goods worth Rp. 500 million.

"Regarding the names, let Mr. Fery (FE) present it to the Prosecutor's Office tomorrow, because Mr. Fery will be examined by the Prosecutor's Office tomorrow," he said.

Abdurrahman said, the eight people who were reported had their respective roles. In the report, the Kasatpol PP Surabaya allegedly knew about the receipt of Rp. 300 million received by three people, namely Sunadi, Yoyok, and Slamet.

"They are all suspected of knowing and letting the confiscated goods and criminal events suspected by FE's brother be. They are also suspected of enjoying the profits from the sale of the confiscated goods," he said.

Therefore, Abdurrahman asked the prosecutor's office to examine the names. Abdurrahman claimed to have evidence in the form of receipts, videos, photos, regarding those who had just been reported to the Surabaya Kejari.

"If the evidence meets, I ask the Prosecutor's Office to name the suspect," he said.

The Surabaya District Attorney previously named a suspect in the alleged sale of evidence belonging to the Surabaya City Satpol PP on July 13, 2022. The suspect is a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Surabaya Satpol PP with the initials FE.

The suspect is charged with Article 10 letter a, Article 10 letter b Jo. Article 15 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
