SEMARANG - The police arrested members of two gangs in Semarang City who were slashing at road users.
Central Java Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Abiyoso Seno Aji said the eight perpetrators, members of the two gangs, most of whom were underage, were arrested at different locations.

Together with the perpetrators, he said, several motorbikes which were used as a means to commit the crime and three sickles were also secured.
