JAKARTA – A commotion between an Electric Rail Train (KRL) officer and a female passenger occurred in the train series. A woman dressed in all black appeared to be arguing with three officers.

In the video that was seen, the woman was angry with the officers after being asked by KRL officers about her destination.

"It's none of your business, it's none of your business. Don't ask me where I'm going. Ask yourself if you're still sane or not," said the woman in the video.

"I'm sane ma'am," replied the officer.

But when answering questions, the woman again cursed at the officer and said she didn't need his help.

"None of your business. You don't need to help me. You're crazy T**. It's none of your business," the woman said in a harsh tone.

The presence of officers on the train series is intended to maintain security and help passengers who find it difficult. But the female passenger was just the opposite. The officer tried to be patient in dealing with it.

"We are officers here," he said.

Then, the officer tried to ask the woman's purpose again. Finally the woman answered that she wanted to go to Bekasi.

"I want to go to Bekasi. It's not your business where I'm going. That's my right. I complain to you, yes. That's not your right," said the woman

The officer also said that the woman's destination had passed. "This is past Bekasi. It is your right. But I am an officer here. I have the right.

Until finally the officers forced the woman to get out of the KRL. Because it is considered disturbing the comfort of the train.

"How did you fall? You've gone crazy," said the woman when she was taken out of the KRL.

Meanwhile, the Manager of External Relations and Corporate Image Care of KAI Commuter, Leza Arlan, confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 2, at 16.00 WIB.

"Yes, that's right, Mas, but it's clear. His mother got off and continued to other transportation," said Leza via text message to VOI, Monday, August 8.

When asked in more detail about the incident, Leza admitted that he could not explain it, because his party did not issue a release regarding the incident.

"Have you heard or watched the video until it's finished? It's the same as in the video. We didn't issue an official release," he concluded.
