After Becoming A Suspect, Bharada E Will Go Straight To Jail

JAKARTA - The National Police have named Bharada E as the suspect behind the shootout incident that killed Brigadier J. In fact, Bharada E will soon be detained at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

"We will immediately arrest him and will immediately be detained," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Andi Rian when confirmed, Wednesday, August 3.

However, before being detained, Bharada RE will be examined first as a suspect. The inspection is scheduled for tomorrow.

The reason is that currently the aide to Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is under the authority of investigators. Because, he had undergone examination as a witness.

"After the determination of the suspect, we will continue with the examination as a suspect," said Andi Rian.

Previously, it was reported that the Bareskrim Polri investigators named Bharada E as a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The determination of this suspect was announced after the case was held.

In this case, Bharada RE was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
