Alleged Purchase Of Land Of The Former Director General Of The Ministry Of Home Affairs From Bribery Dismissed By KPK Prosecutor

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Public Prosecutor is investigating the flow of bribe funds from the former Director General of Regional Finance at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Mochamad Ardian Noervianto, which were used to purchase land in Bogor Regency, West Java.

"A photocopy of the buyer's ID card was collected, then his name was M Ardian, but I don't know Ardian, I only know the name of the sale and purchase registration management", said Majid Dilharom at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor), Thursday, July 28, quoted from Antara.

Majid always the village secretary who is also in charge of recording the land sale and purchase transactions in the village said he had never met Ardian in that village.

Majid became a witness for two defendants, namely Mochamad Ardian Noervianto who was charged with receiving a bribe of IDR 1.5 billion, and the Head of the Muna Regency Environment Agency, La Ode M Syukur Akbar, who received a bribe of IDR 175 million from the inactive East Kolaka Regent Andi Merya and LM Rusdianto Emba. approval of PEN loan funds for East Kolaka Regency in 2021.

"What has been recorded is the ownership of the villa since 2013 in the name of M Ardian. We only recorded the price and then the seller's and buyer's ID cards, as well as the witness's ID card, that was also through Mr. Lis", said Majid.

Mr. Lis in question is Lisma Jaya who was asked by Ardian to take care of his villa and land in the village in 2015.

Lisma Jaya, who is also a witness in the case, said that Ardian had 7 parcels of land that were purchased in stages, including on March 19, 2021, April 20, 2021, and August 20, 2021, and August 21, 2021.

"Initially, Mr. Ardian told me, tell me to find someone who sells land, if there is cheap land, you can buy it, and then I will look for it", said Mr. Lisma.

The price is cheap, according to Mr. Lisma, it is around IDR 100 thousand per square meter

"Some were bought for IDR 30 million, IDR 40 million", said Lisa.

Mr. Lisma said that Ardian was never anonymous when buying land.

"There was no request from Mr. Ardian to have his name disguised, written as is", added Mr. Lisma.

Currently, Lisma admits that 7 plots of land belonging to Ardian have been confiscated by the KPK, even though he is still working on the land.

"The plants are still being worked on, they are still being cared for and the results are being taken", said Mr. Lisma.

The KPK prosecutor also presented two land sellers, namely Deni who sold land worth IDR 33 million to Ardian through Mr. Lisma, and Saani who sold land worth IDR 15 million to Ardian through Mr. Lisma.

In the latest State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) that Ardian submitted to the KPK while he was still serving as the Director General of Regional Financial Development at the Ministry of Home Affairs on December 11, 2020, Ardian did not list the ownership of villas and land in Bogor.

At that time, Ardian's assets were recorded at IDR 7,366 billion, consisting of land and buildings in Jakarta and Bekas valued at IDR 6.45 billion, as well as other movable assets and cash.

In the indictment, it is stated that in addition to Ardian, Andi Merya, and Rusdianto Emba, they also gave bribes to the Head of the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency of Muna Sukarman Loke worth IDR three people IDR 2.405 billion.
