The Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Ibrahim Tompo, said the three suspects were children suspected of being involved in the bullying.

"Three children have been named as suspects in the video," said Ibrahim as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 26.

Ibrahim said the determination of the suspect was carried out after his party held a joint team case from the Tasikmalaya Police and the West Java Regional Police PPA.

In handling this, Ibrahim said the police also involved KPAID Tasikmalaya and the local Penitentiary.

He ensured that the handling of the case would be in accordance with juvenile justice rules.

"The mechanism used is in accordance with the juvenile justice system in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2012," he also said.

The three children are suspected of committing criminal acts in accordance with Article 80 in conjunction with Article 76 C of Law Number 35 concerning Child Protection.
