Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin explained that after arriving in the Senen area the perpetrator booked a hotel room, early Monday, July 25, to be exact at 01.00 WIB.

"So the perpetrator checked in at the hotel at 01.00 Monday, July 25, in the morning. Then at 10.00 the perpetrator used the miChat application to invite the victim with a plus-plus massage service," said Kombes Komarudin when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, July 26, morning.

HR finally met the victim, AF (18) through an application. The man asks AF to serve him as agreed. However, according to HR's confession, the victim did not provide the appropriate service, thus making him angry and hitting the victim.

"From there, the perpetrator was annoyed, then an attempt was made to beat the victim until the victim fell. The perpetrator immediately snared him with the mattress strap," he said.

Komarudin said, after it was confirmed that the victim was not moving and before leaving the room, the perpetrator had time to take the jewelry that was in the victim's wear.

"One necklace and two rings were stolen by the perpetrator. Meanwhile, the perpetrator stole the victim's ID card with the intention of eliminating the identity of the victim," he explained.

HR also admitted that they had taken the jewelery worn by the victim at that time.

"Yes (the jewelry) had the victim being used, I took it off (stealed). (The victim died with) a mattress strap to snare. (victim) I snared (his neck)," HR said.

Kombes Komarudin estimates that the murder took place around 12.00 WIB. The action was discovered when the hotel employee's schedule for the stay was up.

"At 13.00 WIB, the employee banged on (the door) and waited at 14.00 WIB until it was finally forced open. The victim was found dead," he said.

HR was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code for murder and 365 paragraph three regarding theft with a penalty of 15 imprisonment.
