JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief revealed the case of the murder of a young girl who was found dead in a hotel in the Central Jakarta area, Monday, July 25. According to him, the murder was motivated by revenge. The perpetrator was upset because the victim he ordered online did not serve him well.

Because they did not accept the victim's behavior, AF (18), HR (23) finished him off by snaring his neck using a mattress rope. After the victim died, HR took a number of jewelry and belongings of the victim. Like a necklace, two rings on the victim's finger and the victim's ID card were taken away by the perpetrators.

"The jewelry that was on the victim's body was removed. The perpetrator really wanted to sell the jewelry item, but the perpetrator has not yet sold the item," he said to VOI at the Senen Police Headquarters, Monday, July 25, evening.

Komarudin continued, after learning that the victim had died, HR immediately left the hotel using a motorcycle taxi. He headed for Tanah Abang Station, took a train bound for Bogor. However, when he was at Palmerah Station, he was caught by a police officer wearing plain clothes.

"We arrested the perpetrator at Palmerah station by officers who had spread out. The perpetrator wanted to flee to his hometown in Bogor using the KRL train," said Komarudin.
