Brigadier General Prasetijo Was Angry At The Trial, The Witness Became A Target

JAKARTA - The defendant in a false pass, Brig. Gen. Prasetijo Utomo, expressed his emotions against Kompol Jhony Andrijanto, who had been his subordinate when he testified in court. The anger was triggered because Jhony said he was afraid of him.

Prasetijo's anger began when he was given the opportunity to respond to the testimony of Kompol Jhony. He asked several questions, the aim was to prove whether the witness was afraid or lying.

"I want to check if my members are afraid or lying," said Prasetijo at the trial at the East Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, November 10.

The first question that was asked by Prasetijo regarding the transfer of Jhony's position to the PPNS Supervisory Bureau for the National Criminal Investigation Police was either his request or had been asked by the witness himself.

"Earlier you explained that you said that the transfer to Korwas PPNS was because of whom? Who asked?" asked Prasetijo.

"The general asked," replied Jhony.

Hearing that answer, Prasetijo's anger started to rise. Then Prasetijo again asked about Jhony's advantages so that it was appropriate to be asked to serve in the PPNS Bareskrim Supervisory Bureau.

Calmly, Jhony answered that he had helped Prasetijo in making his presentation. But the explanation was not explained.

"A lot of my staff can make presentations," said Prasetijo in a high tone.

Then, Prasetijo also mentioned that Jhony's testimony about burning the letter was his order. He asked in what form the order was conveyed.

"Using what I ordered ?," he said.

"Via WA, telephone WA," replied Jhony.

After asking that, Prasetijo again asked a question about what cellphone or telephone he meant. Because, it is believed that Prasetijo never contacted Jhony.

"I never contacted that. Don't make slander here," he said.
