Viral Power Of Attorney From The Governor Of NTB To Take Rp1.45 Billion Funds From The PKB DPW, Prosecutor's Office: Still Pulbaket

MATARAM - Head of the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati NTB) Sungarpin revealed that the issue of the NTB Governor's letter of credit, Zulkieflimansyah, which was included in the handling of the special criminal field, was still in the process of collecting information (pulbaket).

"Yes, it's still puldata (data collection), pulbaket," said Sungarpin in Mataram, quoted from Antara, Friday, July 22.

Therefore, he emphasized that the examination of NTB Provincial DPRD member Najamuddin Moestafa last Tuesday was a series of efforts by the prosecutor's office to collect data and information.

"So, we invite you, we still want clarification because there are still things that are unclear. It's limited to interviews," he said.

He said that the upload of a photo of the NTB Governor's letter of credit which was widely spread on social media was the reason for the prosecutor's office to handle the problem.

"I want to know because the news is confusing. Therefore, the prosecutor's office is obliged to know that," he said again.

Previously, Najamuddin Moestafa said that he met with the Assistant for Special Crimes (Aspidsus) of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Ely Rahmawati, Tuesday, July 19 regarding the authorization of the Governor of NTB Zulkieflimansyah to take Rp1.45 billion in funds to Hadrian Irfani, Chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of the NTB PKB. .

The power of attorney to withdraw funds was stated in a power of attorney numbered 388/W/Not/VII/2018 which was signed before notary Ali Masadi in East Lombok Regency, dated July 9, 2018.

In the letter, Zulkieflimansyah's position as the giver of power is still a member of the DPR RI, while the recipient of the power of attorney, Najamuddin Moestafa, is written as working as a farmer. Information about the letter has spread widely and has gone viral on social media.

Najamuddin made sure he told the prosecutor thoroughly about the power of attorney. He explained the chronology of the emergence of the power of attorney from the Governor of NTB to where and for what purpose the money was used.

He also made sure that he supported the prosecutor's office to investigate this issue, especially if there were indications of gratification.

To the public, Najamuddin advised to be smarter in responding to the power of attorney that was widely spread on social media.

The withdrawal of the Rp1.45 billion fund was not directed personally to Hadrian Irfani, but in his status as Chairman of the NTB PKB DPW.

Likewise with the date of the power of attorney, which was published at the moment when Zulkieflimansyah emerged as a candidate for the Governor of NTB.
