If The Investigation Into The Death Of Brigadier J Stalls, Commission III Will Bring It To An Official Meeting

JAKARTA - Commission III continues to monitor the development of the shooting case against Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. The legal commission is ready to raise the issue in a meeting if the disclosure falters and has not yet found a bright spot.

"If the progress is slow, we will appoint it to Commission III," said Arsul Sani, member of Commission III of the DPR RI, from the PPP faction, Thursday, July 21.

Currently, Commission III of the House of Representatives is still entrusting the investigations carried out by the National Police and waiting for the results of developments which are currently being handled by a special team.

"We believe that the team formed by the National Police Chief and led by the Deputy Chief of Police will work professionally. Moreover, this will be strengthened by the Komnas HAM team," said Arsul. "Although not in the National Police team, it will be a separate team from Komnas HAM which is also a partner of Commission III. There is also an investigation by Kompolnas," he continued. Commission III of the DPR, continued Arsul, did not want to first interfere in the ongoing investigation. The deputy chairman of the MPR said he was optimistic that the case would find justice and nothing could stop him. "If what we see is that we have registered today, the plan is for an autopsy to be opened.

If there are no significant developments in the information for the sake of information and new evidence, he said, then this issue will be discussed in a meeting after the DPR has finished its recess.

"Let's go first, after the recess period is over, we will meet again later and we will see how far the progress is," Arsul added.
