In addition, all relevant ministries / agencies, in a coordinated manner, will also conduct socialization, publication and public consultation on the substance and material of the draft RPP and RPerpres. The government is finalizing all draft implementing regulations in the form of a draft RPP and a Draft Presidential Decree.

According to the results of the joint inventory of all related ministries / agencies, there are 44 implementing regulations for the Job Creation Law, consisting of 40 RPPs and four Draft Perpres.

Currently 19 ministries / agencies that are responsible for the draft RPP and RPerpres together with more than 30 other ministries / agencies are completing the preparation of these 44 implementing regulations.

Airlangga added that the Job Creation Law aims to create jobs and encourage business improvement by providing various facilities, protection and empowerment, as well as various business incentives, both for cooperatives and MSMEs as well as corporations and national industries.

Through this Job Creation Law, it is hoped that it will be able to support efforts to restore the national economy which is currently being carried out by the Government in the face of this COVID-19 pandemic.
