REMBANG - Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Pol Ahmad Luthfi visited Rembang and met with a number of clerics or kiai in the district. The visit was carried out at the residence of KH Ahmad Mustofa Bisri or who is familiarly called Gus Mus at the Raudlatut Thalibin Islamic Boarding School Complex, Leteh, Rembang, Central Java.

He also emphasized that during the meeting for almost an hour and a half, nothing specific was discussed. The visit was only limited to gathering to strengthen the relationship between the ulama and Umaro.

The Kapolda denied that his visit was related to the incident of harassment of female students that occurred at a boarding school in Jombang.
