MEDAN - The man with the initials SSN Alias PB (45) was arrested by the police. He was arrested for molesting his 15-year-old biological son.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Deli Serdang Police, North Sumatra, Kompol I Kadek H Cahyadi explained that the first depraved act was carried out in May 2021. At that time, the victim felt unwell and asked the perpetrator to massage her.

"The perpetrator had sexual intercourse with the victim inside his house," said Kompol Kadek, Tuesday, July 12.

Not only once, the perpetrator's barbaric act was carried out again in June 2021. At that time, the two of them were sleeping in the same room.

“The perpetrator threatened the victim not to tell anyone. Out of fear, the victim did not tell his mother," he explained.

It did not stop there, the savage act was again carried out by the perpetrators in October 2021.

"But when there was an opportunity, the victim went to her aunt's house and told all the perpetrators' actions. Furthermore, the perpetrator's depraved actions were reported to the Deli Serdang Police," he explained.

Upon receiving the report, the police immediately hunted down the fleeing perpetrator. The perpetrator was arrested while he was at his rented house in Medan Amplas District, Friday, July 8.

"From the results of the investigation, it was known that the victim had been sexually assaulted by the perpetrator twice and had been molested once," he said.

"The perpetrator is also a 2016 recidivist, and currently the perpetrator has been detained at the RTP Sat Tahti Polresta Deli Serdang since July 9, 2022," he continued.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 81 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 76 d subsidiary Article 82 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 76 e of the Child Protection Act.
