JAKARTA - Dozens of residents of Pemulung Village, Rawadas, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta are willing to queue for the distribution of beef given by the Republican Party 1, Tuesday, July 12.

In fact, the distribution of meat was chaotic because residents in the scavenger village did not get meat during the Eid al-Adha holiday yesterday.

Debora (35), a resident of Kampung Pemulung Rawadas was hysterical after she fell and was hit by other residents who were scrambling to take the beef that was distributed.

"As soon as it was spread out, it all came crashing down, I was paralyzed backwards. I didn't have time to hold my child, until people arrived, all kinds of things arrived," he told VOI at the location of the Rawadas scavenger village, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Tuesday, July 12.

Even though she had fallen, Debora admitted that she finally got 1 kilogram of beef that was distributed. With the distribution of beef, Debora is happy because since Eid al-Adha yesterday she has not had beef in her area.

"Getting meat, it's been pushed together and pushed it here. If it can be arranged better so that it is orderly, we thank you for distributing this beef," he said.

Grandma Rifki (70) said the same thing. The elderly woman felt very helped by the beef assistance given to the poor.

"Earlier I got meat, if there is seasoning (meat) I want to cook it in stews. It's really nice, because I can eat meat. I've only been living in the wreckage of the Rawadas slum village, East Jakarta," he said.

According to Hasnaeni, the head of the committee for the distribution of qurban beef, the distribution of qurban beef is distributed among the community. Seeing the enthusiasm of the residents, he felt proud to be among the residents in the Rawadas scavenger village area.

"Today the qurbani distribution, and money is distributed to share with others. Unable to fight for it, residents can't wait to wait in line. The target distribution is for poor people, hopefully it will be useful for them. Meat is distributed to the community, scavengers and people under the bridge ," he said.
