Jakarta Becomes Citayam Youth Destination, Deputy Governor Of DKI: Honestly, We Are Happy

JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria is pleased that the Dukuh Atas area has become a tourist destination for teenagers "Sudirman, Citayam, Bojonggede, Depok" (SCBD).

"Once again, we are honestly happy and grateful that our brothers, our brothers from Citayam playing in Dukuh Atas, came there by train. It was a recreation to visit Jakarta, something good," said Ahmad Riza Patria in Jakarta, Monday 11 July.

The sign is that Jakarta is one of the attractive tourist destinations for people in the buffer zones of the Capital City, such as Bogor, Tangerang, Depok, to Bekasi.

"It shows that Jakarta is indeed attractive for friends as a tourist spot," said Riza.

Riza also appreciated the "SCBD" teenagers who appeared confident by wearing local product clothing.

However, Riza also did not forget to remind anyone who came to visit the Dukuh Atas area to maintain cleanliness and order.

"This is indeed the time for school holidays. So, we welcome anyone who visits, travels, plays in Jakarta. Let's keep it clean and tidy," said Riza.

For information, 'Sudirman, Citayam, Bojonggede, Depok' is a play on Sudirman Central Business District.

SCBD is a business district located in South Jakarta, Indonesia, which consists of condominiums, office buildings, hotels, as well as shopping and entertainment centers. The total area of SCBD is about 45 hectares.

Previously, the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, said that the phenomenon of "SCBD" teenagers who crowded the office area on Jalan Sudirman, Jakarta, was part of the democratization of the road.

Anies said this phenomenon is a democratization of Jalan Jenderal Sudirman which belongs to all and all citizens are allowed to enjoy the facilities of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
