JAKARTA - Former Japanese Perdan Minister Shinzo Abe has reportedly died after being rushed to hospital by shooting while campaigning in Nata City, Friday.
Citing Reuters from NHK July 8, Abe, 67, was reportedly in critical condition upon arrival at the hospital after the shooting.
Shinzo Abi reportedly received a blood transfusion at the hospital, as quoted by NHK. Despite receiving treatment, Abe eventually died.

Abe served two terms as prime minister to become Japan's longest-serving prime minister before stepping down in 2020 for poor health reasons.
