JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will examine the President of Rapid Response Action (ACT) Ibnu Khajar and former President of ACT Ahyudin. The examination of the two relates to the investigation into the alleged misappropriation of funds or donations.

"The summons against Mr. Ibnu Khajar and Ahyudin," said Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, when confirmed, Friday, July 8.

The plan is that the two will be examined today at around 11.00 WIB. They will be clarified for the findings obtained by the investigative team.

"At around 11.00 or 13.00 WIB," he said.

With this summons, the relevant parties were asked to include a financial document. Because, the focus of the investigation is on alleged misappropriation of funds.

"We suggest for the ACT to include the finance department of ACT and the operational department," said Whisnu.

Previously, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police intervened to investigate allegations of misappropriation of funds or donations made by the quick Response Action (ACT) charity. Currently, the process is still in the investigation stage.

The opening of the investigation into the alleged misappropriation of funds is based on the results of an intelligence analysis submitted by the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK).

There were findings from the public and the National Police regarding the alleged misappropriation of the funds.

"Reports from the public and the findings of the police in the field are the basis for investigators to investigate the alleged ACT case," said Whisnu.
