JAKARTA - The Cipayung Police Department revealed the motive for the case of the shuffling of employees of the State High School of Excellence (SMANU) MH Thamrin which occurred on Friday, July 1. The shuffle was carried out because the perpetrator was hurt.
Cipayung AKP Police Chief Bayu Marfiando said that the perpetrator with the initials YH who works as a technician did not accept it because he was accused of not coming to work by administrative employees with the initials TP.
"The perpetrator was reprimanded by the victim, this victim was the head of the TU (administration) at the school, was reprimanded with the question 'why didn't you come in for three days?', without saying much, and Y felt himself in. Finally he was hurting," Bayudi said, quoting Antara, Wednesday, July 6.
Bayu added that the perpetrator launched his action when the victim finished running Friday Prayers, who at that time was sitting near the school's motorcycle parking lot.
"This suspect ran to the back, to the warehouse to get the samurai, then went to the victim, and then the shuffle occurred," bayu said.
The perpetrator hacked the victim on the arms and body. The victim then attempted to escape the perpetrator's attack until eventually being rushed to the hospital for treatment.
After the shuffle, the YH perpetrator immediately turned himself in along with evidence in the form of his sharp weapon to the principal's office.
"So the perpetrator after the incident immediately handed himself over along with his samurai evidence to the school office and was met by the vice principal, and a team of CID members docked to the location," bayu said.
YH has been designated as a suspect and charged with Article 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) concerning persecution with serious injuries.
"The article that we impose Article 351 of the Criminal Code paragraph 2 threatens a penalty of five years in prison," bayu said.
