BOGOR - The chairman of the DPRD for Bogor Regency, West Java, Rudy Susmanto, gave the Bogor Regency Government a requirement to continue the One Billion One Village or Samisade program after the death of Regent Ade Yasin, who was detained by the KPK due to a corruption case.

"We have provided support by approving the budget in the 2022 APBD. But the Perbup must be revised first. One of the things that must be raised in the new Perbup is on taxes, as well as the village level supervisory team," he said in Cibinong, Bogor, as reported by Antara, Thursday, June 30.

According to him, in Bogor Regent's Regulation (Perbup) number 100 of 2021 concerning Village Infrastructure Financial Assistance, there is no obligation for village governments receiving Samisade to pay taxes. Then, the supervisory team is only at the sub-district level.

"The supervisory team is covered in operational costs of five percent of the total Samisade in each village. It is better to be detailed and give an understanding to all villages, especially regarding reporting," said Rudy.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bogor Regency Village Community Empowerment Service (DPMD) Renaldi Yushab Fiansyah ensured that the process of revising the Perbup regarding Samisade did not become an obstacle for the disbursement of funds.

"The Perbup is being finalized, because currently the regent is still acting, so we need approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs to issue the Perbup," said Renaldi Yushab.

He said that neither the village head nor the community need to worry, because the Samisade Program continues. Except, for villages that have not submitted an accountability report (LPJ) in 2021.

Renaldi noted that up to now there are still 50 villages that have not submitted their lpj out of a total of 413 villages that have received the Samisade program in 2021.

Previously, the Acting Regent of Bogor, Iwan Setiawan. According to him, this year's Samisade has been allocated Rp395 billion for 415 villages. Iwan predicts that the budget can begin to be distributed in August or September 2022.

"It's still going on. Because it has been allocated in the APBD. But for use there needs to be a revision of the Perbup. Currently in the process, hopefully it can be disbursed soon," said Iwan Setiawan, Sunday (19/6).
