In Contact With The Law, AKPI Will Be More In Synergy With The Police And Prosecutors

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Association of Curators and Administrators (AKPI) will strengthen its activities by cooperating with the police and the prosecutor's office. Among other things, AKPI's duties are related to bankruptcy cases which are handled specifically by the Commercial Court.

"Ready to synergize with law enforcement agencies, be it the police or prosecutors," said AKPI member Yudhi Wibisana in his statement, Sunday, June 26.

Yudhi admitted that in the course of the organization, AKPI raised the elements of togetherness, closeness, protection and networking.

"So we try to complicate it into an AKPI network. Protection, member protection is very important, because in our provision practice, what is called criminalization, lawsuits, where it really hampers the office," he said.

Yudhi said that the AKPI will continue to implement this element. He hopes that in the years to come, AKPI will create better quality curators.

Furthermore, Yudhi admitted that he would run in the election for the general chairman of the AKPI. He will run with Nahot.

He is confident that he will win the election because so far he has had enough support. So far, he said, there have been 270 people who have supported him and Nahot to become the new AKPI leader.
