Peek At Children Changing Clothes, Fathers In Aceh Abused Biological Children 4 Times

JAKARTA - A father in Aceh Besar with the initials CA (62) allegedly raped his biological child four times. the act was carried out after peeking at the victim while changing clothes, through the hole in the room in his house.

"The position of the room is next to each other, and the perpetrator peeked at the victim through the hole in the room, the motive was because the perpetrator was tempted by the victim's body," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Banda Aceh Police, AKP M Ryan Citra Yudha at a press conference, in Banda Aceh, reported by Antara, Wednesday, October 28.

According to Ryan, the suspect's first rape was committed in June 2015, when the perpetrator saw that the victim had just finished showering with a towel over her body.

"The perpetrator peeked through the hole in the room when the victim changed clothes, and was tempted by the body of his child, then hooked him," he said.

Previously, Banda Aceh Police personnel arrested a father with the initials CA (62), a resident of Aceh Besar District for molesting his 16 year old biological child.

"The victim was intercourse with his biological father four times, at home when his wife was not at home," said Ryan.

Ryan conveyed that the perpetrator molested the victim for the first time in June, and continued in November 2015, then it was repeated in 2017, and the last was in August 2020.

Ryan stated that the perpetrator committed the molestation by tying the victim's hands with a head scarf and covering his child's face with a pillow.

"The perpetrator also threatened to kill the victim with a knife if he told others about the incident," he said.

As a result of his actions, the perpetrator has violated Article 81 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, and Law Number 17 of 2016 with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison.
