SERANG - Head of the Serang District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Intel, Rezkinil Jusar admitted that his party had received a letter of notification of the legal status of artist Nikita Mirzani. Rezkinil said the letter was received after being sent by the Serang City Police to the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

"There's been a notification letter. I forget the day," said Rezkinil via text message, Thursday, June 23.

However, Rezkinil also admitted that he was still waiting for the Serang Police to send the case file on behalf of Nikita Mirzani.

"The case file has not yet been submitted. We are just waiting for acceptance," he said.

When asked about the letter stipulating that the suspect Nikita Mirzani was a hoax, Rezkini only confirmed that his party was talking about documents.

“What we are talking about is the administration, which has been sent to us. How's the status? Ask the investigator. But the letter that was sent said so. So don't ask us again. We, the Serang District Attorney's Office, can talk about the documents that have been submitted to us. If the substance is the contents of the letter as a suspect or an investigation, we do not give an opinion that Nikita is a suspect," said Rezkini.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Shinto Silitonga, when contacted by VOI, said that the information was managed by the Serang City Police.

"For the NM case, the public information manager is at Polersta Serkot (Serang Kota)," said Shinto when contacted, Thursday, June 23.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Serang Police, AKP David Adhi Kusuma, did not respond to phone calls from VOI.
