Welcoming The Anniversary On July 2, Pariaman City Government Invites Ustaz Abdul Somad To Give Lecture

PARIAMAN - The City Government (Pemkot) of Pariaman, West Sumatra, has begun to prepare the Rawang GOR or Youth Center as the location for Ustaz Abdul Somad's (UAS) lecture at the tabligh akbar as a series of celebrations for the region's 20th Anniversary.

"On July 2, 2022, we commemorate the anniversary of the City of Pariaman and God willing, on July 3 we will hold a tabligh akbar by presenting the well-known ustaz Abdul Somad," said Deputy Mayor of Pariaman Mardison Mahyuddin during an apple and mutual cooperation at Rawang Sports Center, Pariaman, Antara, Monday. June 20.

The apples are routinely held every Monday morning in the courtyard of the Pariaman Mayor's Office. However, to prepare for the grand tabligh, the ceremony was moved to the GOR.

He said that his party had prepared the GOR so that the location would look neat and beautiful.

According to him, the presence of UAS at the tabligh akbar in Pariaman could bring in thousands of congregants not only from local residents, but also from various regions in the province.

"For this reason, all ASN are asked to play an active role in carrying out mutual cooperation so that Rawang GOR is clean and beautiful before the grand tabligh is held," he said.

Mardison asked ASN to make the anniversary of Kota Pariaman a momentum to improve themselves and improve performance, discipline, and loyalty as well as provide the best service to the community.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Kota Pariaman, the local government carried out a number of activities starting from July 1 to July 3, 2022.

The series of activities were a leisurely walk with prizes and community service, which were attended by ASN, communication forums for regional leaders and the community in Pariaman City.

The evening continued with a folk entertainment stage located at Merdeka Square, Pariaman City which was filled with performances of regional arts and performances by local Minang artists.

On July 2, a plenary session was held at the DPRD by inviting the former Minister of Empowerment of the State Civil Apparatus and Indonesian Bureaucratic Reform Asman Abnur, which was followed by a Bajamba meal. On July 3rd, a tabligh akbar was held at GOR Rawang Pariaman which was also the graduation for hafiz Quran 30 juz.
