KSP Moeldoko Asks Young People To Think Like Soekarno: Be The One Who Always Dreams Of Change

JAKARTA - Young people must always dream of change. If you don't want to change, you'll just be a follower forever.

This was conveyed by Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko when opening Soekarno Coffee Fest in Blitar, East Java. He also invited young people to dare to think revolutionary like the proclaimer and the first President of Indonesia, Soekarno.

"Think like Soekarno," said Moeldoko as quoted from Antara, Saturday, June 11.

According to Moeldoko, Soekarno had given birth to great ideas. If young people don't dare to try to do the same, they will never have the opportunity to become leaders.

"Be a young person who always dreams of change. If you are a young person who doesn't want to change, sorry, you will forever be a follower, not a leader," he said.

The opening of Soekarno Coffee Fest became one of Moeldoko's agenda in a series of working visits in East Java. In the event, Moeldoko accompanied the Mayor of Blitar Santoso, who launched the Bung Karno Tubruk Coffee, a special coffee that Soekarno usually drank every time he returned to Blitar.

Soekarno Coffee Fest was held by the Blitar City Government to increase the interest of coffee connoisseurs in the hope of boosting the growth of the coffee industry in the city which was Soerkano's last petition.

Moeldoko also continues to invite people to continue to buy local coffee products to help the development of MSMEs.
