The perpetrator was caught in the hand while throwing the carcass at the scene. The officer immediately went to and took the person concerned to the kelurahan office to make an investigation report (BAP).
"We have been investigating for three months who the carcass of the dog's head is. Now it has only been caught red-handed and we are immediately taking firm action," said Sumarjono.
Sumarjono added that the perpetrator was a worker in a dog slaughterhouse in Kelapa Dua Wetan, Ciracas.
"Every day he admitted that he was ordered to remove the dog's head after it was cut. The employer only took the meat while the head was removed every day," he said.
