PDIP Holds National Women Cadre Education, Megawati Gives Closed Directions

JAKARTA - The PDI-P is holding a National Level Women's Cadre Education. The event was held at the PDIP Party School, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta.

DPP PDIP Chair for Ideology and Cadreization, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, said this activity aims to make female cadres have the same abilities as male cadres. So, they will be able to move forward the 2024 General Election (Election).

"The portion of education for female cadres is given special classes by the PDI-P so that the party is ready not only for male cadres but also for female cadres, brave and able to win the General Election, Presidential Election, Pilkada 2024, together to create PDI-P to win three elections in a row," " said Djarot, Friday, June 10.

"Because of the readiness and skill of the cadres, both women and men, they have the ability equally and are of higher quality," he added.

Djarot emphasized that the PDI-P is fighting for gender equality in politics. This is done by encouraging and strengthening the wider participation, involvement, and political education of women in party activities.

She also reminded women cadres to have innovation and creative ability in this era of digital progress. Thus, the challenges of the times can be answered.

Meanwhile, the Head of the PDIP Central Education and Training Center, Daryatmo Mardiyanto, explained that there were 101 participants from 34 provinces who would attend the three-day education.

She said the challenge for the party and the female party cadres in the future is to organize regeneration. According to him, they are required to be able to innovate and be creative in utilizing information technology to carry out education and training.

"Education and training are expected to be able to produce female cadres who are militant, with integrity, dedicated in raising the party as well as transforming Bung Karno's Pancasila ideology in the digital era while still aiming at the goal of realizing a just and prosperous Indonesian society," said Daryatmo.

According to him, education and party regeneration must be understood as an integral part of the Party's work to win the 2024 General Election.

"With the party's current position, it does not necessarily make us complacent. In fact, now is the party's opportunity to continue to strengthen consolidation through massive education and training so that PDI-P female cadres are born who are able to answer the nation's challenges in the future in the name of the ability to implement the Pancasila ideology. ," he said.
