Vice President Expresses Condolences On The Death Of KH Dimyati Rois: His Work In Islamic Boarding Schools Has Produced Many Excellent Students

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin expressed his condolences for the death of Mustasyar NU KH Dimyati Rois, whom he called a charismatic cleric who had produced many excellent students.

"Innalillahi wa innailillahi rojiun. Indonesia again mourns the passing of one of the best clerics KH Dimyati Rois today at Telogorejo Hospital, Semarang, Central Java," said the Vice President in a video condolences quoted by Antara, Friday, June 10.

The vice president told the bereaved family and the extended family of NU that he shared his deepest condolences.

According to the vice president, as PBNU's Mustasyar and one of nine senior NU kiai, KH Dimyati Rois has produced many excellent students.

"His work in the pesantren world has produced many superior and competitive students. Through the knowledge he practices, he has brought students to be able to become efficient human beings in filling development in this country," said the Vice President.

The vice president prayed for KH Dimyati Rois to be given the best place in the sight of Allah SWT and the family and extended family of NU left behind to be given patience to face this test.
