Deputy Chief Of Police Hopes That Miswandoko Mosque Will Be Built In Kediri To Avoid Radicalism

KEDIRI - Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Dr. Gatot Eddy Pramono, laid the first stone for the construction of the Miswandoko Mosque in Purwokerto Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency, Saturday, June 4. He hopes that the construction of the Miswandoko Mosque will run smoothly and on time.

"I say many thanks to all parties. Hopefully the construction of the Miswandoko Mosque in Purwokerto Village will run smoothly until on time," said Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono in a written statement received Sunday, June 5.

The construction of the Miswandoko Mosque is approximately 1200 meters wide and 600 meters wide. The Miswandoko Mosque will be built with the concept of Javanese local wisdom.

"My wife is originally from Ngadiluwih. The plan to build the Miswandoko Mosque has been around for a long time and today it can be realized," he said.

Edy also revealed that the Miswandoko Mosque was built to increase worship and piety. In addition, it also avoids the teachings of radicalism.

"The construction of the Miswandoko Mosque may be useful, of course, to increase worship," he said.
